As the rail industry moves toward low-GWP refrigerants, Allovis supports manufacturers with dedicated testing and simulation for flammable refrigerant systems: R290 gas leakage CFD, refrigerant gas dispersion simulation and R1234yf gas dispersion studies assess safety before systems enter service. We complement simulation with physical gas leakage testing and flammable refrigerant leakage tests to SAE J2772, using refrigerant gas concentration sensors and dedicated instrumentation to validate safety margins under real operating scenarios.
